1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or otherwise engaging the services of Chase Kachow Photography, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
2. Bookings & Payment
A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve your date. The balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the retainer. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor shoots is offered at no additional cost.
4. Image Rights & Usage
Chase Kachow Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share delivered images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images requires prior written permission. Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
Edited galleries are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks of the session date. Raw, unedited files are not provided.
6. Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid. Chase Kachow Photography is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
