1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or otherwise engaging the services of Chase Kachow Photography, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
2. Bookings & Payment
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your date. The balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Weather related rescheduling for outdoor shoots is offered at no additional cost.
4. Image Rights & Usage
Chase Kachow Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients retain personal use to print and share delivered images. The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
Edited galleries are typically delivered within 7-10 business days of the session date. Raw, unedited files are not provided.
6. Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is taken for a full refund of money paid. Chase Kachow Photography is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
